Citizenship Day is a collaboration between PICC and the Philadelphia Chapter of AILA (the American Immigration Lawyers Association) that provides FREE legal help to people ready to apply for U.S. citizenship. *Eligibility for free legal services is based on income.* Legal assistance is free, but applicants are responsible for filing fees, postage and biometrics. Some individuals may be able to apply for a waiver of the application fee.*
